Text2Bid currently works on the following wireless carrier networks: Alltel, AT&T Mobility, Boost, Cingular, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile.

How much does this service cost?
The service is free except for any message and data fees applied by your wireless carrier.

How do I stop receiving text messages?
From your wireless phone, Text STOP to 71760 or simply reply to any message from Text2Bid with the word STOP and your messages will discontinue.

How can I get technical assistance from my cellular phone for the service?
From your wireless phone, Text HELP to 71760 or simply reply to any message from Text2Bid with the word HELP and help is on the way! You can also reply or text in the word COMMAND to get a list of available Text2Bid commands.

Leader Board

How do I exit the Leader Board?
Just press the Escape Key ("esc") on your keyboard. A popup window will appear. Click OK to exit the Leader Board and return to the home page. Click cancel to return to the Leader Board.

How do I Change Font Size?
There are 3 font sizes available. Press the + key to make the font bigger. Press the - key to make the font smaller.

What Display Sizes Are Available?
The Leader Board will automatically size itself to be as large as possible within your browser window. The display will be sized for SVGA (800 pixels wide), XGA (1024 pixels wide), WXGA (1280 pixels wide) or HD (1920 pixels wide). These display options were selected for their compatibility with popularly available projection displays.

How do I Change Leader Board Colors?
Click on the Before Event menu item. Then click on Set Display Colors. You will see the option to set both Leader Board and Kiosk colors. Choose the background and foreground colors that you desire from the pulldown menus and then click Set Colors.

How do I Put My Organization's Logo on the Leader Board?
Click on the Before Event menu item. Then click on Set Up Logos and Sponsors.

How do I Put A Sponsor's Logo on the Leader Board?
Click on the Before Event menu item. Then click on Set Up Logos and Sponsors..

Bids And Bidder Management

How do I Cancel A Bid?
Click on During Event. Then click on View Leaders. Find the item that has the errant bid by using the page navigation controls or entering the catalog number in the Search box. You should see the bidder id and bid amount of the bid you want to roll back. (Note: if you do not see these, then another bidder has already outbid the errant bid and you don't need to do anything.) Click on the red UNDO arrow near the left side of the table. You will get a popup prompt asking you to confirm your action. Click CONFIRM.

How do I Change A Bidder Number?
Click on During Event. Then click on List Bidders. Find the bidder that you want to change by entering their current bidder number in the Search box. Click on the EDIT icon near the left side of the table. You will see a popup asking you to enter the new bidder number for the selected bidder. Enter the new number and click OK.
Changing a bidder number automatically transfers any bids and autobids placed by that bidder.

How Do I Delete A Bidder?
Click on During Event. Then Click on List Bidders. Find the bidder that you want to delete by entering their bidder id in the Search box. Click on the DELETE icon near the left side of the table. You will see a popup asking you to confirm your action. Click CONFIRM.

How do I See A Record of All Bids For A Bidder?
Click on During Event. Then Click on List Bidders. Find the bidder of interest by entering their bidder id in the Search box. Click on the DETAILS icon near the left side of the page. You will see a record of all bids for that bidder including bids that were backed out. Merchandise and Raffle ticket purchases as well as Donations will also be listed.

How do I See A Record of All Bids For An Item?
Click on During Event. Then Click on View Leaders. Find the item of interest by using the page navigation controls or entering the catalog number in the Search box. Click on the DETAILS icon near the left side of the page. You will see a record of all bids for that item including any bids that were backed out.
